What if my product arrives damaged?
If your product arrives damaged during shipping — for example, if the lens is broken, visibly cracked, or unusable — contact us at hello@nestlykid.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage. Once verified, we will provide a full refund. You do not need to return the damaged item.
Can I return the product if I change my mind?
We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
How do I use the macro lens?
Position the clip-on lens over the phone camera you are using. Move the phone slowly forward and backward until your subject comes into focus. Keep the phone and subject steady for the clearest result.
What is the CPL filter for?
The CPL filter is optional and can help reduce certain reflections and glare. Its visible effect varies depending on the light and subject.
